Security Awareness is an online, interactive training programme designed to make you, the employee, aware of cyber protocols for the Bermuda College IT environment.

The importance of Security Awareness

As part of the College’s ongoing efforts to strengthen our cybersecurity posture, we’re pleased to introduce Security Awareness Training for Faculty and Staff, delivered in partnership with Wizer.

This short, focused training is designed to help you recognize common cyber threats such as phishing and therefore better protect the Bermuda College systems and data.

What you need to know:

✅ The training takes approximately 10 minutes to complete
✅ You may start and stop at any time—your progress is saved automatically
✅ Please complete the training by May 31, 2027
✅ You will have received your training invitation from Security Awareness Training<no-reply@wizer-training.com>today. Please check your email.

👉 Helpful tip: Many of the videos include practical security advice that can be shared. Look for the share icon on any Wizer video if you’d like to pass along useful information.

In addition to this training, the College will be conducting phishing simulationsto help faculty and staff practice identifying and reporting suspicious emails using our new reporting tools.
