Leadership Development Institute

To prepare our employees to assume positions of leadership, we organize an array of courses that cover topics such as Situational Leadership, Finance Management, Performance Evaluation, and Discipline & Dismissal.  Each Institute contains nine modules (courses), custom-designed and specifically chosen for their timeliness and relevance to current conditions. This allows each leadership group to explore topics that meet the demands of a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
