TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

BC Employees are eligible to attend training programmes from a variety of vendors and providers, on-island and off-island.  We offer in-house training for various topics such as Supervision, Management, Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion, Emotional Intelligence, and Customer Service. Shown below are a few of our in-house training options and publications to stimulate your thinking.

Employees can participate in these courses one they pass their probationary period. 

We are open to your suggestions for topics, or if you would like to present a topic for the college community to hear.
